Maddy Templeman

Maddy has been writing tenders for over 17 years and spent ten years completing all of the tender documentation for an SME in the construction industry. She has delivered tender writing workshops, advice and support for over 7 years to both groups and individual companies in the whole process of tendering from sourcing the tender to successfully winning the contract.

She has been working with ISO Management Systems since 2007 and has assisted a wide range of companies with gaining and maintaining certification.

Maddy loves cats and owls, camping, walking up mountains, flying birds of prey, reading, going to the theatre, Greek islands and sun!  She is also an avid music lover, a blues/jazz singer and plays electric bass.

Pete Templeman

Pete is experienced in implementing and auditing Quality Management Systems across a wide range of industries, holds a Level 4 Food Hygiene certificate and has achieved a Level 3 Qualification in Effective Food Auditing.

Pete worked in the catering and drinks industry for 25 years and has gained valuable experience which is useful across many sectors. He spent several years as a bar and restaurant manager for companies such as Tetley, Boddingtons and Scottish & Newcastle. He then became a chef and latterly a kitchen manager for Chef & Brewer, Spirit and Punch Taverns. He also spent five years as a catering manager for a care home company.

Pete enjoys running, mountain biking, cooking, home brewing and plays multiple musical instruments.
